Apologies for taking so long to get coffees back in my inventory. The end of 2023 and 2024 so far hasn’t been the best but things are looking up! I’ll get my page updated this weekend for online orders. I got in new coffees from Colombia, Guatemala and a Mexican Decaf. Have a blessed day!
US to ban chemicals used to decaffeinate coffee….
Rest easy….The decaffeinated coffees I buy for roasting only use the Swiss Mountain Water Method of removing caffeine, not chemicals.

Inventory Update 12/10/2021
Good Friday Morning everyone! I’ll be adding 3 new coffees soon; 1 from Costa Rica, 1 from Brazil in Decaf and a new Guatemala coffee!
Costa Rica Tarrazu San Diego Mills Honey 2021
Guatemala HuehueTenango Organic SHB EP 2021
Brazil Mountain Water Decaf NY MTGB 2021
I’m looking forward to profiling these this weekend and getting my webstore updated to offer them to y’all. I’ll post again when they go live.
Note: I’m down to the last few pounds of Mexico Chiapas Alturra, so I won’t have any Mexico until my distributor gets more in. But fear not, I’ll get more from Mexico in sometime in 2022 as they produce some great coffees.
Have a great Friday and weekend 😎
New Coffee Available :)
I’ve added a new coffee to my inventory. It’s a 2020 harvest from Mexico called Alturra SHG Chiapas. Flavor profile is Milk Chocolate, Nougat, Roasted Almond and Citrus. It is really good and like the others I offer, it doesn’t disappoint. Grab a bag and let me know what you think.
Ground Coffee Coming Soon!
Klyph’s Koffee will be adding a grind option as I just ordered a Bunn G3 HD Commercial Coffee Grinder from Voltage Restaurant Supply out of Erie, Colorado. Grinding options that will be available are Course, Perk, Drip and Espresso. I will add another post when available.
New Coffees
Honduran Reserva Pacavita is on it’s way and will be added to the inventory of regions I have in stock. I’m looking forward to this coffee!
I may switch up the Guatemala I offer depending on how the Antigua La Pastores Mill roasts up. Stay tuned!
Thanks for dropping by and have an awesome day!
Cheers!
Welcome to Klyph’s Koffee. I am so glad you’re here! I’m assuming you’re here for the coffee so check out the store and get to ordering. I can’t wait to roast it for you so you can experience what coffee is supposed to taste like.
They say that coffee is best consumed between 3-14 days after roasting that’s why I roast to order so your coffee is always days old, not months old. It really does make a difference. No roasted coffee inventory….ever.
If you live in the Blount/Knox County area, I can provide local delivery; usually choosing a public place that is convenient for both parties to meet at. If you live elsewhere, I can ship it to you via USPS.
I’ll keep some coffees from various regions in stock to chose from, but if there is a region/country that you’d like to try or there was a coffee you drank while on vacation that was really good, send me an email and I’ll work up a quote.
For all you decaf coffee drinkers out there, I’ll do my best to accommodate you all as well. I don’t have it in stock at the moment so if you’ll send me an email request, I’ll work up a quote and we’ll go from there.
Thanks again for dropping by and I hope you have an awesome day!
