I love roasting coffee and I’m looking forward to providing you with the freshest coffee you’ve ever had. I roast to order so your coffee is days old, not months old. Yes, it matters! I use Ziploc style Kraft bags with a one-way valve. The one-way valve allows the beans to expel CO2 while preventing oxygen from entering. It also lets you smell the delicious coffee!
